1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of aiclothesremover.org, including the public website, the AI Clothes Remover studio, account features, generated previews, point balances, and payment pages. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

AI Clothes Remover accepts one source photo and returns an AI generated covered outfit preview when the request passes the service checks. The service is an image editing aid. It does not guarantee identity preservation, exact pixels, a particular composition, professional styling, or a result for every source photo. The service does not provide nude, uncovered, exploitative, or sexualized image generation. Do not use it to sexualize a real person, a minor, or anyone without permission.

The studio may use automated moderation and quality checks. A request or result can be rejected, delayed, or marked for review. A queued or processing task is not a promise that the provider will complete it. We may change models, limits, supported file types, or availability to maintain the service and comply with law.

3. Accounts and authorization

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and promptly tell us about unauthorized use. You may upload a photo only when you own it or have the necessary permission and legal authority to edit and process it. You are responsible for the source material, instructions, generated result, and any sharing or publication you choose.

You must not upload intimate images, images of minors, unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes another person's rights. You must not probe private routes, evade limits, create accounts to bypass a daily allowance, reverse engineer the service, or use output checks to distribute harmful material.

4. Credits and the daily allowance

A verified account may receive one free 1K result per UTC calendar day. The allowance does not roll over and cannot be changed into a multi-image request. Paid generation uses the point quote shown by the studio, currently 10 points per requested image. The server reserves, settles, and returns points according to delivered results; a browser display is not the source of truth.

Subscription points are issued for an active billing cycle and may expire at the end of that cycle. Credit packs do not expire unless the checkout or a later published rule clearly says otherwise. We do not offer unlimited or lifetime generation through this service. Point balances are personal and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

5. Payments, renewals, and support

Waffo processes checkout and recurring payment events for the products made available by the service. A browser return or an incomplete checkout does not confirm payment. Access to paid points and storage qualification is granted only after a verified payment event is matched to the server order, product, amount, currency, environment, and account.

Subscriptions can renew until you cancel them through the provider's available management flow. The active cycle and its points follow the order records shown by the service. The current production catalog or checkout availability can be limited while configuration is pending. If you have a billing problem, contact support@aiclothesremover.org with the order reference and account email; do not send a private source image unless support gives you a safe way to do so.

A general cash refund schedule or fixed refund window has not been published in these first release terms. Contact support for a case review, and nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Generation failures are handled by the service ledger according to the delivered result and are not automatically the same as a payment refund.

6. Media, storage, and deletion

Source photos and results are private account media. Temporary source media is normally available for 24 hours from upload, and temporary result media is normally available for 24 hours from completion, subject to the retention field shown in the studio. A first verified paid entitlement from a subscription or point pack upgrades still-unexpired source and result media, as well as subsequent generated media, to permanent storage with no automatic expiry. Once qualified, permanent storage remains after a subscription ends or points are spent. You can still delete the media or the account.

The service may send an image to APIMart to perform generation and safety or quality checks. APIMart or a related delivery system may retain processing data under its own service behavior. Deleting a file from this project removes the project copy; it is not a promise that a third party has synchronously deleted every copy. 7. Intellectual property and feedback

You retain rights you have in your source photo. You grant a limited license to aiclothesremover.org and its service providers to host, transmit, transform, inspect, and store the source and result as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your source or result. You must not represent an AI generated preview as documentary evidence or another person's original work.

8. Availability and termination

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may suspend access for abuse, safety, legal compliance, security, non-payment, or maintenance. We may remove content that violates these terms. You can stop using the service and request account deletion through the available account controls or by contacting support@aiclothesremover.org.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service, payment rules, or legal requirements change. The current version is posted on this page with its update date. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@aiclothesremover.org.
